Electro-hydraulic actuators with the operating comfort of electric actuators

Electric actuators are compact, simple to serve and offer a multiplicity of technical monitoring features. However electric actuators do not offer quick operating option and stored energy. Stored energy would allow the operation of the armature at least once in case of voltage failure. In contrast to that, quick operating option and stored energy are already in use, proven for a long time with electro-hydraulic actuators. The Schuck electronic control system type SEC-100 in connection with the Electro-hydraulic actuator SST combines the advantages of both actuator systems. The new technology represents an economical and favourable alternative to the operator in comparison with the conventional solutions. Besides, the new technology is expandable at any time. Additionally the SEC-100 offers the advantage of the optimal customized adjustment.
