摘要

Development and validation of gas turbines is an expensive and time consuming exercise. During the initial development stage, there are major expenditures associated with R&D, design and individual component testing. This is typically followed by shop tests where the newly developed engine is run at different conditions under close supervision through the installation of numerous temporary sensors. The shop test generally involves different operating conditions which begin with turning operation, first ignition, no load operation, initial synchronizing and operation at different loads.
