Trading standards officers have to put up with a lot in their jobs - but rarely are they tasked with pretending to carry out their duties in front of a film camera! However, that was the job facing three officers from Hertfordshire County Council, who had agreed to be featured on a CD that will form part of the ts desk companion package, which is aimed at supporting training and spreading best practice throughout the service.
