VERMEER International BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vermeer Manufacturing Company, has entered into a strategic alliance with SiteTec HDD Equipment BV. The latter manufactures horizontal directional drilling (HDD) mud mixing, recycling, and pumping equipment, to exclusively distribute these products through the Vermeer international dealership network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Vermeer International will handle all aspects of distribution and marketing for SiteTec products that fit the Vermeer range of HDD machines, SiteTec will handle all aspects of manufacturing, field support and warranty for the co-branded equipment.
