摘要

According to a local luxury travel magazine, travellers are looking for experiential travel nowadays when they jet off to far flung oases for their hard earned annual breaks. They want to know about the local culture and history of a place and, when their Resort Chef whips up a degustation experience for their personal enjoyment, they want to know where their fcod comes from.Well, this story is more about the paddock than the plate end of the fine dining experience - but eating beachfront at the local Kamehameha School office, Punalu'u House, did turn out to be worth writing home about - and a more cultural experience I couldn't imagine.
