摘要

Many years ago, Dale Carnegie wrote a book that became famous by encouraging us to really care about other people. It taught us the basics of really listening and what not to say if you wanted to win friends. Today, tire dealers, in an effort to make significant money, must focus as much on the customer as the car. As a matter of fact, many times, the customer is more broken than the car.
