The beauuty of Bush camping

Isuppose I may just be weird, but do find all the wildlife and other stuff in the bush just as intriguing and amazing asthe rest of the fishing experience. I also enjoy cooking on a camp fire, watching the world go by as I wait to turn a leg of lamb,or pork roast to get it just right. Throw in the veggies at the right time and it comes together as a delightful, delicious meal.That is the great thing about going bush. You get to do the things you never seem to have the inclination, or time to do at home.Baked dinners take time to prepare, and it seems that the modern lifestyle doesn't give you the inclination to do this. Well, let me clarify that one, and say it's not something I would do at home but once in the bush I feel relaxed enough to have a go.If it's justshort trip, then the faithful old snags, eggs, tomato, onion and bacon will suffice for quick, relatively tasty tucker.
