Fishing knives

Most rec-fishers use three knives as their tools of trade - a filleter, skinner and a bait/utility knife. While you can do a fair job skinning a small fillet with a filleter, they don't perform well on large fish where a longer, wider blade is required, nor is the skinner suitable for filleting. The bait knife is the most commonly used tool for bait fishing, killing and bleeding fish.
