Brenntag has acquired the entire business of the ISM/Salkat Group, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals in Australia and New Zealand. This strategic acquisition significantly expands Brenntag's market position in Australia and New Zealand and strengthens the company's platform for long-term growth in the region.
