Saturday's opening lecture session was chaired by NSW Section Chairman,Darren Spies,who commenced the day by introducing Dr.Nagendra Belade-kere of Visionglow.Dr.Beladekere's paper "Recent Developments in Glow in the Dark Materials for Application in Paints and Coatings" provided a detailed report on the chemistry,manufacture and formulating techniques involved in providing "Glow in the Dark" coatings,with long glow duration and sufficient brightness to be useful in safety signage and many other applications.
