Low-pressure plasma cleaning of metallic surfaces on industrial scale

Increased sensitivity to environmental impacts of cleaning agents has led to a search for alternative cleaning processes. Low pressure plasma is one of these alternatives. The following paper presents requirements and limits for the plasmacleaning application. Representative examples are also given.
