REPLACING CORE PLUGS

Chris Jaworski shows how to replace core plugs. Core plugs are fitted to liquid-cooled engines to seal the holes which are formed when the engine block is cast. The internal core which forms the water jacket is supported by rods which project outwards and through the cast block. These are then sealed off by cup or convex-shaped steel discs, depending upon your tractor's engine design and the size of the core hole.
