Costing in excess of ￡220m, the Savoy's new interiors were designed by world-renowned designer, Pierre Yves Rochon. Pierre's plans were realised by the general contractor, Chorus Group and architect, Reardon Smith. Chorus oversaw a team of over 1000 craftsmen and women, artists and artisans who worked tirelessly to create interiors that are in the spirit of the hotel's two main design aesthetics, Edwardian and art deco. Renowned London natural stone and quartz fabricator Mega Marble played a significant role in the renovation project-the company sourced, fabricated and installed the marble and stonework in keeping with the hotel's elegant atmosphere.
