CHINA: Yunnan Xinli Aims to Start-up Its 60,000 tp.a. Chloride Pigment Plant in 2013

Yunnan Xinli Non-Ferrous Metals Co. (YXNFM) expects to be operating its new 60,000 t.p.a. chloride-route TiO2 pigment plant before the end of 2013. The company is also building a 10,000 t.p.a. titanium sponge metal plant, but no target on-stream date has been given for that project.
