CHINA: Pigment Exports Surpassed Imports for the First Time in 2010

In recent years, China's TiO2 pigment output has been increasing faster than its production, prompting the country's largest suppliers to cultivate export markets. Last year, China became a net exporter of TiO2 for the first time and, with the planned net addition of more than 1 million t.p.a. of capacity by 2015, China's exports are likely to rise.
