CHINA: DuPont's Dongying Plant Target Start-up Date Postponed to 2015

In March 2005, DuPont Titanium Technologies (DTT) surprised the world TiO2 industry rather by announcing that it had begun negotiations with Chinese Government authorities about a project to build a chloride-route TiO2 pigment plant on an industrial estate at Dongying (290 km northwest of Qingdao in Shandong province).
