CHONBURI, Thailand— Chinese tire maker Shandong Linglong Tire Co. Ltd.'s subsidiary in Thailand has added capacity for radial truck tires to its year-old factory in Chonburi, Rayong Province. Linglong International Tire (Thailand), the Thai subsidiary, put the capacity for truck tires at 1.2 million units a year, to go with 12 million units of car and light truck tire capacity, which came on stream a year ago.
