摘要

The thermally activated diffusive motion in one-dimensional (1-d) disordered systems has been studied by using both an analytical method based on the effective medium approach and the Monte Carlo simulation method. The results obtained are used for proposing a procedure to construct approximate expressions for the 1-d diffusion coefficient valid in wide ranges of time and temperature. Particular cases of exponential and Gaussian distributions of the wells over their energy depths are discussed. [References: 32]
