INDIANAPOLIS—The U.S. Postal Service is issuing 50 million First-Class Mail Forever stamps depicting Ray Harroun driving his Marmom Wasp to victory in the first Indianapolis 500 in 1911. The Postal Service began issuing the stamp as qualification began at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway prior to the run- prior to the running of the centennial Indy 500 May 29.
