Goodyear investing in high value-added tires

NEW YORK-Goodyear expects to achieve an operating ratio of about 8 to 9 percent in fiscal 2013 on the strength of improved tire price/mix, reduced pension-related expenses, enhanced productivity and a more selective OE strategy.
