The Vehicle-Terrain Interaction Group (VTIG) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks exclusively focuses on comprehensive research of vehicle performance on deformable terrains.After many years of extensive research into off-terrain vehicle-ground interaction,the group has made progress,accumulating state-of-the-art research achievements and expertise in tire-snow interaction models for off-terrain vehicle mobility.
