Press Release--SALE OF 20 percent EQUITY IN THE ASHTON PROJECT

Felix Resources Limited (Felix) announced that it has entered into an agreement with theIMC Group (IMC Pan Asia Alliance Pte. Ltd and Austral-Asia Coal Holdings Pty Ltd) for Felix to sell a 20 percent stake in the Ashton Coal Project to that company. The Project, in the Hunter Valley NSW, is a joint venture with a wholly owned subsidiary of Itochu Corporation (Japan). And the transaction reduces Felix.s holding in the Project from 80 percent to 60 percent .
