摘要

With the expansion of world crude steel production, and the advent of a new era heralding "The Revival of Steel", the responsibilities of those of us involved in the steel and iron ore industries, have come to assume far greater importance than ever. Economic upheaval and change always brings with it huge difficulties. We are hopeful that through this form of international conference, mutual understanding will be deepened, to the benefit of both sides.(End)
