African Rainbow Minerals Ltd. ( ARM ) of South Africa and LionOre Mining International Ltd. ( LionOre ) of Canada, co-owners of the Nkomati nickel mine in South Africa, announced that the reserves of nickel ore ( sulfide ore containing 0.35 percent of nickel in crude ore ) at the Nkomati mine, located in the Mpumalanga province in the northeast of South Africa with 300 kilometers east of Johannesburg, have increased by 50 percent as a result of the exploration carried out this time.
