Huaneng Power Singed Long Term Coal Contract With Shanxi Jincheng

Huaneng Power International of China has singed a long term contract of thermal coal with Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group deploying coal operations in the Shanxi Province. The contract term covers five years from 2005 to 2009 with the total contract tonnage of 24 million MT to be split by three million MT in the first year, four million MT in the second, five million MT in the fourth and six million MT each in the fifth and sixth. Both companies have already agreed on the basic contract price.
