China's Exports Of Silicon Metal In First half 2007 Increased From That In 2006

According to the customs-statistics released in China, the exports of silicon metal ( with Si 99.99 percent max. ) from China in the first half ( January - June ) of 2007 as well as in a single month of June were as per the table attached hereto. Namely, China exported 56,847 tons of silicon metal in June of 2007, which increased by 9.2 percent compared with that ( 52,047 tons ) in the previous month - May and also had a substantial increase of 20.9 percent compared to that in the same month of 2006.
