According to an information from China, the followings are a full view of the indexes of duties on exports of manganese ferro-alloys revised by Zhanjiang customs-office of China, effective from the 1st July of 2007. Zhanjiang port is the base in Huanan area to export Chinese ferro-alloys and the case, which the indexes of duties on exports of ferroalloys have been revised by Zhanjiang customs-office, has come up since April of 2007, when this system has been enforced.
