Cloning: new breakthroughs leading to commercial opportunities.

摘要

A review of work on mammals, with special reference to farm animals. Consideration is given to (1) nuclear reprogramming in relation to nucleus transfer, (2) the effects of cell cycle stage of the donor nucleus and cell cycle stage of the recipienton embryonic development, and (3) the commercial potential of cloned transgenic animals and fetuses.
