It's getting close to the time of the year when the media bombard us with reminders of political, economic and news events that have occurred in 2011. While I have lost track of how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in front of a judge pleading to stay out of jail, I've got a pretty good perspective on how selected recovered paper swap and index prices have moved. Hey, it may not be as sensational as LL, but it certainly is important to readers of this publication.
