In the "Reply to the Issues concerning the Transfer of State-owned Shares in Beijing Huaer Co.,Ltd.",the State Assets Management Commission agreed to transfer 241.21 million state-owned shares held by Beijing Chemical Industrial Group Corporation in its subsidiary Beijing Huaer Co.,Ltd.to Beijing Dongfang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.
