Propionaldehyde,propanol and pro-pionic acid are important organic chemical raw materials.They only have a very small production capacity in China.Propionaldehyde and propanol are sometimes produced as byproducts in the production of other products.There are no real commercial production units and the domestic demand is mainly satisfied by imports.
