Multifunction BB and CC creams may not only provide value and time-saving benefits but also lower daily chemical exposure by reducing the number of products used, the Environmental Working Group suggests. Findings announced Dec. 3 by the Washington, D.C.-based NGO could pose a new marketing angle for manufacturers of beauty-balm and color-correction creams, which already have struck a favorable chord with consumers in search of convenience, dollar savings and on-trend innovation ("Know Your ABCs: Multibenefit Alphabet Creams Spell Success" -"The Rose Sheet," Sep. 30, 2013).
