Study: Antibacterial Soap More Effective

A new study from Rutgers University has found that hand washing with antibacterial soap "produces statistically greater reductions in bacteria on the skin" compared with washing using non-antibacterial soap, according to a Nov. 17 release. The study - published in the November edition of the Journal of Food Protection - was supported by the Personal Care Products Council and the American Cleaning Institute.
