L'Oreal will expand its Cacharel women's fragrance portfolio with the launch of Promesse,a "playful" scent positioned to appeal to the "confident and adventurous" woman,the firm announced.The fragrance will roll out in September to fine department stores nationwide,including Dillard's,Sephora,Macy's,Hecht's and Filene's,according to the company.
