On July 3rd,2006 the 30 000 t/a ep-ichlorohydrin(ECH)project started construction by Bluestar Chemical New Chemical Materials(Yancheng)Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu province,eastern China.With a total investment of over RMB600 million,the project is planned to startup at the end of 2007,The sales revenue will reach RMB600 million and the profit and tax will reach RMB200 million a year by then.
