Recent debate about the future remit and functions of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society has prompted a number of questions about ownership of the Society's assets. To help to answer those questions, the Society sought advice from Robert Bulling of Allen & Overy, a legal partnership that specialises in the law relating to chartered bodies. The following advice was discussed by the Scoeity's Council at an informal meeting on 1 May.
