Sinochem Hong Kong Holding Ltd.(0297.HK)announced on July 6th that it will acquire 50 million new shares in Shandong Luxi Chemical Co.,Ltd.(SZ:000830),accounting for 4.7% of the total capital stock in Luxi,through its subsidiary Sinochem Fertilizer.Besides capital investment,Sinochem Fertilizer will also have strategic cooperation with Luxi in the sales of nitrogenous fertilizers and potash fertilizers.
