New leaflet on sexual health

A leaflet,"Ask about sexual health",is to be published by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society as part of an awareness campaign to coincide with Ask About Medicines Week(7 to November).The leaflet highlights pharmacists'role in promoting safe sex,Society President Hemant Patel said that the leaflet will help pharmacists to engage with young adults on an important issue.Research by the Developing Patient Partnerships found that 52 per cent of young adults favoured pharmacies for information or advice about sexual health.
