Mixing chemicals can be convenient and save time, but how do you know if products are compatible? Growers often want to know if two or more chemicals can be mixed and applied together. It is a great question, and one that is asked during virtually allof the growing season. The more specific question is, if I mix these two or three or four products will I injure my peanuts, not control the pests, or will I end up with a mess in my sprayer? In spite of these questions, there is a great tendency to want to mix products with benefits including saving time, adding convenience, and in many cases broadening or increasing pest control with a single application.
