TRUMPF has published a brochure on its Laserarm TLA 60 optical waveguide for CO_2 lasers. According to the company, its mobility and a large action radius are well-suited to machining complex 3-D contours, as well as welding applications. It also can be used for applications in surface technology. Not limited to use with a bending-arm robot, it also can be coupled to gantry installations.
