New Technology for Coal Based MEG

摘要

Fujian Institute of Research on the Structures of Matter (FIRSM),CAS has developed a new technology for coal based MEG (mono ethylene glycol) in collaboration with Shanghai Jinmei Chemical New Technology Co.,Ltd.A 200 000 t/a MEG project using the new process and the core catalyst preparation technology has been launched in Tongliao Economic and Technological Development Zone,Inner Mongolia.The project is due to be completed and go on stream at the end of 2008.
