By the time you read this it will be too late to wish all our readers a Happy New Year since we are now well into 2010, with our January Journal done and dusted. This issue contains two technical articles together with the article given by our secretary at Unitech 2009. We also include a report put together by our secretary on his visit to the Conference in Brazil.
