Don't Take the Bait

I HAVE BEEN phished. And if recent surveys are correct, I am part of a large, unhappy school. Last year I got an e-mail from eBay, the online auction house, informing me that the credit card number I had on file was no longer valid. It instructed me to update my information, and provided a link to the company website. I clicked on it, and found a form that asked for my credit card number and eBay password.
