FACT-RCF PLANT FOR GYPSUM-BASED BUILDING PRODUCTS NEARLY COMPLETE

FACT-RCF Building Products Ltd. a 50:40 joint venture between FACT and the Mumbai-based RCF, for manufacturing gypsum-based wall panels and building materials is nearing completion at FACT Ambalamedu campus in Kerala. The plant is being installed on a 12-acre land at a project cost of Rs. 100 crores. The wet gypsum handling section has been commissioned. The calciner was lit up and some plaster was made in the last week of May. The calciner is fully operational now.
