As the next year approaches we find the wagons circling even closer together... Gone are yet more of the mighty and not so mighty alike, economy victims of a still shrinking globe. It seems each week brings news of our customers moving more and more of their production to Asia. The exodus of footwear manufacturing continues its relentless march, with an estimated 1.5 billion pairs, produced elsewhere in 2001, set to invade our shores.
