In a recent report in The Journal, Pagnoux, et?/' performed a retrospective analysis of patients with localized granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's, GPA) from the French Vasculitis Study Group database, which accounts for almost 500 patients collected from 1982 to 2003.
