Denison Mines (dml-t, dnn-x) is arranging a 65.4-million dollars financing of prepaid warrants to fund development of the company's uranium properties and to add to working capital. A syndicate of investment dealers have agreed to sell on a best-efforts basis 25 million special warrants priced at 2.45 dollars each, along with 1.4 million flow-through special warrants at 3 dollars apiece. Each special warrant is exchangeable for one share.
