A9-month-old girl presented with a 3-month history of a recalcitrant diaper rash. She had developed new lesions around the mouth, elbows, and wrists, with symptoms of lethargy, anorexia, and irritability. She was exclusively breastfed and started table foods at 6 months. There was no unusual dietary history in the patient or her mother.
