摘要

Helicopter gyroscope faults are mainly due to the intergrated influence of environmental stresses. The relation between environmental stresses and faults is complicated. In this paper, fault mode, mechanism, environmental stress analysis (FMMESA) is proposed, which used to qualitatively analyze the environmental stresses that cause gyroscope faults. Then grey relational analysis (GRA) of environmental stress-fault was proposed which used to quantitatively analyze the relation between environmental stresses and gyroscope faults. The experimental results indicate that the environmental stress-fault grey relational analysis can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the crucial and principal environmental stresses and stress features which cause gyroscope faults.
