摘要

The turning points in whitenization function are restricted to real numbers when the grey fixed weight clustering method is used. The new whitenization function is put forward on the condition that the turning points are interval grey numbers. And the methods of establishing and calculating new whitenization functions are given. More particularly, the standardized method for interval grey numbers is defined and standardized interval grey numbers can be used in traditional whitenization function. Next a new whitenization function which is available for interval grey numbers is given. Moreover, two kinds of whitenization functions with interval grey numbers are discussed, one kind has only one interval grey number in the piecewise curve, for the other both endpoints in piecewise curve are interval grey numbers. Both kinds of whitenization functions are given. Then, the expression of whitenization function with four interval grey numbers as turning points is also given. Lastly, an application is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model
